Motor & Manual Driven Hose Reel
S. P. ENGINEERS Series 8000 reels are designed for heavy duty application requiring long lengths of hose and will adapt to in the field or in the plant uses. Contemporary engineering and manufacturing techniques assure trouble free performance and long product life. S.P. Reels are shipped completely assembled,ready to install.Installation instruction are supplied with each reel.

S.P. Reels can also be ordered less swivel to be used as storage reels for hose, cord, cable, rope, extension cords and numerous other applications.

STANDARD FEATURES INCLUDE
  • Nickel-plated swivel available with VITON "O"ring seals. Viton are standard.
  • Utilized all bolted construction.Reel,frame,spool and drum are fabricated of heavy gauge steel.
  • Temperature operating range-20* F (-29* C) to 250* F (121* C).
  • Manual driven reels can be converted to electric,hydraulic or air driven with motor mounting or either end of reel.
  • Chain &sprocket partiality shrouded for extra safety.
  • Durable baked on powder coat red finish standard.
  • Full flow shaft and swivel.
  • Permanently lubricated dual main bearings.
  • Steel dram.
  • Lock pin to prevent spool rotation when the reel is not in use.
  • Vibration-proof self-locking fasteners to ensure assembly integrity.
